Nothing stops you from making a silence please sign when many people are reciting bani. Just point the sign out to offenders when you get offenders. A polite notice on the door of the guradwara when you enter can do too. A proactive appoach (which many of us refrain from taking) works best as your problem gets sorted out and you are comfortable too.
