....Some of us have challenged this authenticity claiming that it contradicts His core principle that His Sikhs are to only bow down and revere to His successor, Guru Granth Sahib, and absolutely nobody else....

Writer tried his best to stay neutral but he bit failed by writing above. He himself fallen the missionary trap of blaming naive folks that people now going to maths teek SDG instead to SGGSJ.

But the point is why do we matha tek ? it is to signify our total submission to Guru ji's bani and wisdom so this is a stupid point in terms of trying to negate Dasam Guru ka Granth ji. Next people will be saying we cannot say Guru Panth to Khalsa , we are being lead by darpok giddards who lick the feet of mayadhari Gurunindaks. I have seen in the past brahamgiani khalsa bowing to each other (yes I do mean matha tekking) this was not a manmat but josh of Gurpiare on seeing each other, then khalse would embrace and do nam jap , this is the true face of khalsa not giving two hoots for the onlookers but living for Guru and each other. Then the worry about about others' opinions crept in   and it petered out, such a shame .

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! After this the next thing would be Bhatt Bani and Bhagat Bani. Forgetting those 2; after the Pakhandi Sikhs get Sikhs to leave Gurbani, they'll then work on Bhai Gurdas Vaaran and Bhai Nand Lal Ghazals. Something Pakhandi Sikhs don't know, is that the Shabads sometimes associated with Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji are in Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Daas also highly doubts they even believe in Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji; what they are really trying to do is make an issue out of something that Pure Sikhs find important, there's already been some Pakhandi Amrit Sanchars going around. We must disassociate with such organizations before they have completely brainwashed the youth. I read the article in the link, but it is misleading. The panth parwan Sikh reht maryada states "

c.  "In the congregation, kirtan only of Gurbani (Guru Granth’s or Guru Gobind Singh’s hymns) and,for its elaboration, of the compositions of Bhai Gurdas and Bhai Nand Lal, may be performed."

 

The article omits the teachings of Guru Gobind Singh and only lists Bhai Nand Lal and Bhai Gurdas' teachings.

Real story is entirely different. Sangat of Malaysia was to hold seminar on bani of Sri dasam Granth sahib about two months back. This so called tabloid in unison with a new outfit of kala afghana followers named global Sikh council did not want it to be held . The premise was that Sikhs should only follow SGGS Ji. They failed miserably as sangat did not agree and very successfully seminar was held.
