Join the Sikh Student Association of VCU for a workshop on "Transcending Male-Female Boundaries: A Sikh Perspective". This workshop based seminar, presented by Harinder Singh, seeks to explore the depiction of gender roles and how we fit in and overcome them. Come listen for a unique perspective on how societal expectations, religion, and individual choice can impact one's life. 

Harinder Singh is a widely respected activist-educator who is currently the organizer of the FreeAkalTakht movement. He is also the co-founder of the Sikh Research Institute and the co-founder of Panjab Digital Library. 

This event will be open to the entire VCU student body so feel free to bring your friends !
