I sometimes have dreams where i'm kind of scared, something may have come towards me like a spirit or a force and i'm screaming Waheguru, i sometimes wakeup saying Waheguru, they always feel sooo real and the fright I feel is a emotion so high that I don't feel it in situations in real life.

could it be i sense negativity when ts coming towards me or is it me crying for help?

i use to be clairvoyantish telepathic

not as much in recent years

Do you recite any Gurbani?

"i use to be clairvoyantish telepathic"

What do you mean by this?

Do you have any stress in your life at the moment? Is there anything that you are worried about?

When the nightmare wakes you up next, carry on with doing Simran, and think of it as a good thing that you are getting to say God's name.

Some previous threads that maybe if help:

If you feel something is pushing you down or similar situation, it could be Sleep Paralysis, which is in this link:

Thanks for the links - will have a look at them. Yeh I do do the simran, just always try to figure out what it meant. I have them sometimes every few months, some times not for eg 6 months, for years. Not really stress related.

I mean when you randomly see things and then they happen but vividly or u sense somethings there next to you... no weird stuff, just a natural sense i had

Its a common occurrence when someone starts a spiritual journey these sort of things happen, totally right though it could be sleep paralysis. Not sure if this is even accurate but my mother always taught me that usually these things are the works of Kalyug to force people NOT to get closer to god and reside in duality, but do Kirtan Sohila Sahib before sleeping, the bani is meant to be read for protection at night.

I agree with you on this. It's not an easy path, for some it's not so rough and are blessed with the grace of God to overcome the obstacles. But for some there maybe many other factors involved, such as; past and present karm, level of spirituality, devotion towards Waheguru, faith, inner strength, etc.

Everybody's spirituality is different, one can but suggest ways and methods to help, but the solution is to turn to Waheguru to help us. Without their grace, our efforts are not fruitful either.

I too have had this a number of times. It is just a reminder that you need to perform simran. Lots of karams are being destroyed... some are destroyed and we have to suffer the little remnants as a dream.

Take no worry... God is greater than dreams. Keep doing your simran and know that you are in safe hands. Keep your experiences aside and time will reveal these secrets to you.

Maya is so desperate to distract you. Recite mool mantra as much as you can with as much devotion as you can muster.

Dear Guest Femaleboss jee,

be thankful to Wahiguru for His apaar kirpa, that some sort of your past karam is being paid off through dreams. And those karmas which are our very own.

But just look at His infinite grace, that even then, He allows you to take shelter at His Lotus Feet by repaeting His Name. it is a clear sign, of His beant wadeeayee.

Do some simran each day regularly and punctually, to counteract and nullify any karam, as with His Simran, one gets purer and purer ...

Sat Sree Akal.
