give credit to the sikhs in army because they were the ones pushed to the front lines , everyone acknowledges that the indo-pak wars were won by our brethren not Her policies . The pattern is this send in army murder people, rape women ,maim children then send in the Singhs to  catch the flak ...Rajiv and her did this in the eighties in Sri Lanka , I know because my coworkers who mostly tamil surrounded me and fully put the blame on our lads because all the pictures from back there were with sardars . I explained that the govt was killing us off as well in the north and they understood , we had a common enemy. Even Manmohan sent our lads to Kashmir to get killed after the other scum had their way , my Mama ji got killed in an 'ambush' there whilst stationed , amazingly nobody else in his troop got hurt .

well we know that govt's idolise the USA model so of course they are going to copy their propaganda wording even if it makes no sense at all

I would appreciate the propaganda skills of Modi govt they have convinced their countrymen that they did surgical strike inside Azad Kashmir.He knew that his country men would believe him.I think he is following the footsteps of Joseph Goebbels. 
The very fact that Pakistan did not bomb Indians is enough evidence that no surgical strike happened.If there had been an attack inside Azad Kashmir our armed forces would have done the same inside Occupied Kashmir.

My own feeling is that it is just to dislodge voters from their homes in Punjab so that Bjp/Badal coalition have better chance of cheating their way to the front. Pakistan knows that ww3 could be triggered so I hope they are not stupid enough to keep going with this and Modi needs to stop posturing only idiots believe he is any good for India

I think your assessment about Punjab is correct.This propaganda will help him lot in Uttar Pradesh election scheduled in 2017.
