Initially, they are created by those in power to meet their agendas but when these factions become too independent, develop a "personality" of their  own and start to e exert pressure on those that created them in the first place, that's when they become a 'dangerous vice!' Not before this.  As long as they are willing to dance on the tunes of those in power, they are fun, as soon as they refuse, they impose threat to the powerful.

What was Bhai Randheer Singh ji's agenda while starting Akhand Kirtani Jatha ?

What was Baba Nand Singh ji's agenda for establishing Nanaksar Maryada ?

What was Baba Isher Singh ji's RaraSahib agenda ?

Who funded them ?

Besides, what is the relevance of theoririzing so much on factions, in what way are they important to anyone here? Total waste of time. I have been reading this and can't understand why did someone start this topic in the first place. Factions WILL always be there, east, west, north or south!

Old factions have lost trust of Sikh Sangat.

Modern educated middle class Sikhs come with new set of problems which old guides have failed to comprehend.

I'm not mixing anything.

In fact I want them to stay separate.

Factions exist in Spiritual world, we have Khalsa on one hand, Brahmgiani on the other. By definition & Karma Saadh, Bhagats, Gursikhs, Gurmukhs and so on have a dissimilar roles to play.

Can someone with more knowledge explain the concept of Miripiri for us to learn more.

you really do not have a clue ...please stop
