I highly recommend these books for those wishing to lose weight. They will help you diet better and use your time efficiently, if wanting to lose weight through exercise. You should be able to get them from the local library like I did.

Michael's books are just jumping on the bandwagon ... of intermittent fasting  , you could look online for the same info for free...
