Singh ji, simply advising someone to realign their chakras is not a wise idea. There are severe consequences if it is done incorrectly, but maybe I am misunderstanding your message regarding what ways you meant to realign the chakras. & as for Jacf Singh ji, you do not need to leave this site, the site is not the problem, it is perception that is the problem. Vaheguru ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru ji Ki Fateh

It's a joke. I wasn't being serious.

As for jacfsingh, I disagree. I think his previous post in this thread suggests he has a problem. But it's his life, he can do whatever he likes.

I'll do what works for me. I need a break from the internet to centre myself. I do it a couple of times a year for a few months at a time. It's incredibly refreshing. Think of it as a detox. I've been on here too often in the past couple of months. It's become a bad habit.

Will do my best. I did make a "Wasting Time" Thread a while back and could use some rebooting,(and not that kind of rebooting).

I will be adding more on, the first post is just intro.

Some important things to note:

2. Is Masturbation and Pornography related? My experience on this has been that they are only slightly related, but the reasons for them are different. Porn acts as a depresent; which means it's meant to take something from you; while masturbation happens due to circumstance-based. You can do both exclusively, but due to the nature of porn both usually go together.

WHY DO U MASTURBATE IF IT MAKES U DEPRESSED JACOFFSING?

I was in a very serious relationship before I had taken Amrit. Afterwards I still had many kaam driven thoughts towards my ex. He however seemed to be fine. When I asked him whether he also had kaam thoughts towards me still and whether he acted on them he replied that he used up all his testosterone at gym, that became his new place to vent. Spent 2 hrs there a day.

At first I was jealous he was so head strong but now I've noticed I can go gym too for 1-1.5 hrs and this greatly helps me because it makes me much more busier. By the end of the night I'm too tired from studying, socialising, having adventures that I don't have time to act on anything. Especially since have to wake up in the morning as well (priorities).

The no1 preventative strategy is sharing your room/ bed with someone (sibblings?) and limit shower time. Deny the opportunity. no2 is keep yourself busy. over time bad habits will break and you'll forget about it. It's just a silly habit really.
