Meat during 2nd Guru Ji???

The sakhi doesn't really add up for the reason, Guru Angad Dev Ji Maharaj knew Guru Amardas Ji because they were related. Guru Angad Dev Jis daughter Bibi Amro was married to Guru Amardas Jis nephew. So would be no reason to test.

this seems a spurious sakhi because Amar Das ji's mind was won over by the singing of gurbani by Bibi Amro ji , he had no NEED to test the Guru , he was totally overjoyed to finally find his Guru ji  ever read 1st pauri of Anand Sahib ?

Without turning this in to a meat/vegetarian debate, there is mention of Guru Nanak Dev Ji being served goat at kurukshetra during an eclipse. However, some say that when Guru Sahib cooked this goat, it turned in to kheer. So, make of that what you will.... (Sri Nanak Prakash)

even the time Guru Gobind Singh was in Uch ka Peer roop, the Singhs did bhog to the halal meat and it became parshad

What about the sakhi where Guru Nanak Dev ji was testing villagers including Guru Angad Dev ji and leading them into the forest, people kept on leaving and at the end just Guru Angad Dev ji was left. Guru Nanak then tested Guru Angad Dev ji and told him to eat rotting flesh, Guru Angad Dev ji grabbed a chunk and was about to eat it and then it turned into parshad. 

Guru Ji could of easily turned it into normal meat rather than rotting meat, but just as Guru Angad Dev ji was about to eat it it turned into parshad.

From what I hear he asked who will eat from the body bag. Then Guru Angad Dev ji said Head or Feet first then Guru ji told him to open the bag and it was full of parsad so the way I know the sakhi is different.

No, it doesn't necessarily mean that. This event was a test of Guru Amar Das ji by Guru Angad Dev Ji.

So why didn't Guru Amar  Das accept Guru Angad Dev Ji as guru straightaway after the marriage of his nephew?

As usual from this one. The sakhi was about Guru Amar Das not having a guru, and then when inspired/shocked in finding a Guru, he was told about Guru Angad Dev ji by a relative. On going to Guru Sahib's darbar, jaani-jaan Guru Angad knew why Guru Amar Das was there, and that he was also a vegetarian.

 

Guru Angad Dev Ji tested Guru Amar Das' resolve by putting him into a "dharam-sankat" - a religious problem. Guru Amar Das then, acording to the sakhi, asked himseld, whether his own vegetarianism was more important than the Gurus' offer. When deciding that he must give up everything of his own to submit to the Guru, Guru Amar Das accepted the meat given by Guru Angad Dev Ji.

 

Guru Amar Das reinforces this whole issue in Anand Sahib under the  9th pauri  :

ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਸਭੁ ਸਉਪਿ ਗੁਰ ਕਉ ਹੁਕਮਿ ਮੰਨਿਐ ਪਾਈਐ ॥
Surrender body, mind, wealth, and everything to the Guru; obey the Order of His Will, and you will find Him.

 

Guru Angad Dev tested Guru AmarDas ji on whether he would surrender his own pre-Sikhi beliefs to accept Guru Angad Dev as his Guru. That is the real issue, not whether meat was served in langar.
