He is probably basing his opinion off of Polish women. Some of them are normal yet some of them are the most trashiest you’ve ever seen.

Also, these countries have ridiculously high divorce rates (look at Russia) where women will marry a man and divorce him quickly after having children taking everything with her. 

There are far more traditional cultures, like our own, East Asian, Middle Eastern. African. Heck, I would say even Latin culture in South America is more traditional as they are also religious and even though a lot of their culture revolves around s*xuality, at least they aren’t as cold/emotionless.

They have many schools in russia where they teach women how to get married to rich men from other countries lol.

and in the west they still do they are called finishing schools  that's what the whole rich girls schooling system was predicated on , being acceptable to rich families , getting  trained up and then announce your availability by being presented at court or attending a debuntante's ball . Apney do the sametraining  but in a much more inhouse drip drip way , learn to homemake, dress nice, speak sweetly, defer to the man etc etc. If you want to compare then apnay are just as desperate to marry into wealth , look at the BS they are willing to put up with to get they progeny married out .

Im just syaing that no group is more traditional than others anymore. Most people have lost sharam except maybe muslims(compared to other groups they have more sharam imo).

nah they only seem to have it covered , my two university friends (muslim one singaporean daughter of nepali convert other Pakistani married to bahraini) made it clear to me that most muslim girls are desperate to act out but toe the be respectble line for folks at home , both girls had experience of being molested by men one by her  scripture teacher in her own home, the other when out and about. The second girl corrected my assumption about clothing in homes and under burka/hijab even in Saudi , she was quite clear that the women folk wear westernised clothing also and even miniskirts , shorts etc , latest fashion hairstyles , makeup .
Yes they may have scared the women into submission on pain of death but that really a choice?

Have met many Eastern Europeans in the UK, from various countries. I don't see they are 'more loose' than the people here. If anything, they do have more people who follow religion. Polish especially.

Are basing your views on what you have seen on the Internet/TV ? Or have you actually lived in Ukraine or Russia?  

I think cold climate generally leads to colder people, emotionally and the opposite. Even somewhere like USA
