Kesh sanskaar

i had a question for sangat ji. When we comb our hair and pick it up to do sanskaar  is it ok it you accidentally leave behind a strand or two. And secondly where I live we are not allowed to have a fire but there are trees behind us are we allowed to throw the kesh back there while reading gurbani

I don't see it as an issue, it's more respectful than trashing.

you do realise wildlife may used it to make nests e.g. mice  would you be happy to encourage that?

I think you can do jal parwah (in the flowing water) in the  river, canal or creek.

I can never go through a day without washing my kesh, it just gets so greasy and its just so. ughh eww

But most people will put it in a nearby river or ocean like @SinghG said above
