Yes, its called a cyber hukamnama and you can do this if you don't have access to maharaj. I go onto sikhitothemax and click random shabad and that is your hukamnama. Then I save it on a word document on my laptop for future reference (if I want to go back and look at it again).

Personally I don't always understand them but sometimes it's good. Maybe it's just my lack of knowledge.

Most important thing is that you contemplate & obey the Hukam.

Obeying the Order of His Will, he becomes acceptable, and then, he obtains the Mansion of the Lord's Presence.
