Better to spend some time alone instead of leaving family.

Take short breaks like couple of hours a day or weekends away doing what you like.

Other options are studying or taking a job in another city which will give you more freedom.

Keep in mind that there are two sides of each coin, living with family has it's merits & demerits just as living alone.
