You would have to contact somebody from hazur sahib or you can contact mahakal arms. Ask him for pothis from hazur sahib and for a price he can get them for you and ship them.

What about the content of it? Is it just the Dasam bani or does it have the viakhya too?

Probably 2000 rupees which is 40 dollars CAD. And mahakal arms does ship as well
