Without the experience of rehit of a Nihang Singh, they can't really decide what rehit should or should not be as they didn't live whole rehit themselves. 

I have thought about the last part of your message a lot.

When there have been lot of rehatname clearly stating the true rehat maryada and links to gurbani, why didn't SGPC create a maryada evolving around it?

Clearly they are making a maryada to their own likings.

I have a question: What if you are an amritdhari but you are not nice to anyone and you are full of anger, would you still get punished even if you followed rehat fully and never missed a day of amritvela?
