Fantastic Ji. I would say just try and do ardaas and keep up the Amritvela and eventually Maharaj kirpa, they will grant your ardas Ji.

Vaheguru Ji.

Thing is I do not really do eyes close simran, like mool mantar jaap or gurmantar since I usually always fall asleep, especially during amritvela. Instead I just do sehaj path for as much time as I can before goiing to school.

Maybe after the sehaj paath, you could try for just maybe 10 minutes to do simran so you won't fall asleep Ji? I know the struggles of Amritvela before school though; maybe you try sleeping a little bit earlier so you aren't as tired in the morning Ji?

Vaheguru Ji.

Wow Ji! That's truly amazing, Maharaj kirpa Ji.

Are you subconsciously thinking about projecting or does it just happen? And is it how people describe that it's like walking around without a body or are you actually able to pick things up and stuff? Do you believe this is happening because of doing simran during Amritvela or due to something else Ji? You don't have to answer if you don't want to Ji.

Vaheguru Ji.

You have to think about projecting with a clear mind whilst doing or listening to simran.

You can walk around but it is tough to initially get out of the body. Once you are out you have to remain calm since you will see your actual body.

You can pick up and interact with onjects, damn you can even make them appear with your mind but you cannot bring it to the normal world.

I believe it happens due to amritvela and simran combined. Amritvela is the natural hours for everything such ad when plants do what they do, birds start to sing, etc.

Sorry Veerji but I don't totally understand Ji. What do you mean by think about projecting Ji? Maaf karna Ji... I'm sure you'll understand seeing as this is not something I've ever experienced before Ji.

Wow Ji, that webpage is really good. Do you try the techniques that they give on there Ji?

Vaheguru Ji.

So at amritvela preferably around 4am after you do simran and bani lay down in your bed and try and clear your mind. Try and focus on waheguru in your head with eyes closed and do not sleep. Ignore urges or anything.

i havent tried this method, i do the usual methods that are online. Search up astral projection for beginners
