In general, you basically open the doors to AP and you discover more stuff spiritually. You understand a lot more with meditation. However, AP is Maya to some.

I haven't gained anything. I just do it since it seems interesting.

VeerJi, what is AP? Is it Akaal Purakh? I ask because, if so, then how can Akaal Purakh be Maya to some? Would you say that practicing astral projection has strengthened your Sikhi Ji?

AP=Astral Projection

Astral Projection doesn't strengthen your Sikhi directly, it strengthens your meditation and it helps a lot when doing Waheguru simran.

I am not the best at AP, I am still actually researching and learning more. There are still some issues I have with AP and trying to solve and understand them.

I was actually just wondering about that earlier. In Sikhi is everything that isn't total jog/sanyog, maya/khel?
