Ok that's fine for someone who has reached this avastha, but for an ordinary person to suggest there is no difference in Mantar seems to confuse matters, we have to walk before running right?

Understood but everyone has bibek buddhi/soul- has that potential for atam updesh and to wake up, its addressed to bibek inside hoping there is paradigm shift and absorption of ultimate reality.

I suppose what can happen is when talking to a Mahapurash they do kirpa through nadar and also due to previous good karams this state can apply.

If this regular buddhist monk/saint cannot feel pain during meditation while being burnt alive, just just imagine true Satguru of all three world, would he feel pain? NO WAY.!!

Can you imagine, the Sikhs with Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji didnt feel pain, how can they themselves! It's missionary talk as they cannot see past scientific blinkers.

We are here to discover the khel without being attached to it. We experience pain and pleasure, we just don't stay attached to them. After its experienced, we detach and move forward.

The Gurus love so much, that they were willing to accept and experience the pain that we humans may feel. Feeling pain like this makes us compassionate towards others who suffer and encourage us to accept this pain as Gods hukam and karam.

What we do is we remain Calm in the state of Sehaj through the pain, not reacting in the five thieves and not going mad as it's all God that's doing everything. They accepted shaheedi with this psychology.

I don't even know who Inder Ghagga is.

It's best you stay clear of Ghagga!

So Guru Sahib who is the deliverer of humanity, dispels all pains, jagat jot, aap parmeshar, giver of life - experienced the same pain as humans? Is this your own mind telling you this (MAN mat) or do you actually have proof?

Bhai Mati Dass read Japji Sahib whilst being sawn alive, Bhai Taru Singh Jee survived for several days without scalp, Bhai Bidhi Chandh was saved from a burning Kiln, yet you think Guru Jee who is also Nirankar felt pain, balle tere!

The English translations are never great but the last line explains how Maharaj during Shaheedi did not even utter

Tilaka Jaannjoo Raakhaa Parbha Taa Kaa ॥

Keeno Bado Kaloo Mahi Saakaa ॥

He protected the forehead mark and sacred thread (of the Hindus) which marked a great event in the Iron age.

Saadhan Heti Eitee Jini Karee ॥

Seesu Deeyaa Paru See Na Aucharee ॥13॥

For the sake of saints, he laid down his head without even a sign.13.

Do you have any Gurbani shabad that will support your view point?

Pain is the ego; I exist as a separate entity from Akal Purakh. Such duality will never come in the Guru.  "I" does not exist, so what pain is even felt to experience and then produce compassion for others?  The Gurus never had ego in them.  They are the truth.

Take a different feeling like sadness.  The Gurus were never sad for they fully understood Vaheguru's hukam and were the hukam and Vaheguru.  They did not have an intellect like a human.  They took the human mind to the highest realm of sachkhand.  Sachkhand state has no pain or sadness.

We derive from Nothing. The khel is a projection of His heart and mind. So what you think we're here for? We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Physical pain we feel. We feel the morning breeze on our face, the raindrops on our hair, we smell the beautiful fragrances of nature.

So why wouldn't a Bhagat feel physical pain? What you're describing is duality.

Lol who is this Ghagga guy..

yeh we feel physical pain but our psychology causes us to feel peace whilst experiencing as it, as it's All His will and as He willed it. So it's perfect and sweet to His slaves.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
