In addition to this to claim santhiya is a gurdwara conspiracy to get extra money is just absurb considering the first guru granth sahib sathiya was taught by guru gobind singh ji maharaj himself!

That's what the gurdware want you to think! Wake up singho.

Satkaryog DesiJatt ji,

your friend needs a reality check and maybe a some chittar. Only wearing kakkars on special occassions is not a gurmat concept, rather just pakhand. Also you would no longer be amritdhari if you took your kachera or kesh off.

In addition to this to claim santhiya is a gurdwara conspiracy to get extra money is just absurb considering the first guru granth sahib sathiya was taught by guru gobind singh ji maharaj himself!

Seriously can't tell if this guy is so deluded to believe some of this nonsense or wheter he is just trolling.

Agreed

(no offense)

I use a small kirpan when I shower in which I tuck it into my dastaar, I just wanted to know if this is right, also sometimes when I take my small kirpan out of my dastaar I forget to put on my everyday kirpan which I wear (I don't do it on purpose, I just forget) is alright for me to do japji sahib path to ask for, forgiveness and do benti that guru sahib ji stops me from this this again?

Depending on the size of your normal kirpan, you should not need a "shower kirpan". If you ever observe how Sikhs bath at, e.g., Darbar Sahib, they just tie their kirpan (which are not mini-kirpans) on their dastars with the gatras. No need to tuck it into the dastar.

If you do this, you also won't forget to put your normal kirpan on again.

If the mini-kirpan is of an adequate size, you haven't committed any transgression.

Just get 3 kirpans. 2 for wearing normally and 1 for shower, thats what I would do

Brother, Please read the ithihaas of Damdama sahib or Baba Deep singh ji. Also many great mahapurkh like Giani Gurbachan Singh ji and mehron wale sant spent time doing sudhaee of gurbani and giving santhiya in the jathe.

Wake up “Jatt ji”

Don't get me wrong. I still wear my kakkar to school and that because the kirpan makes me look hench.

I'm not the best sikh around but my mate's got strict rehit. My mate does akhand path rauls and said santhiya was made up by gurdware as a way of making more money.

your mate must be a right one ...else made up Santhiya doesn't cost anything dopey . Back to jatt kindergarten with you

Me too, I'm probably apart of the bad list of Amritdhari's, but remember there are worse people out there and try and focus on how you can improve your rehat.

Just don't kiss girls like Kamalroop did.
