you're supposed to do namaskar to shastar and slap thighs against opponents.

some weirdoes slap thighs in front of shastar.

I figured out that the maryada is fairly the same as if you had Guru Granth Sahib Ji at home.

 

I have a whole room dedicated to only shastar prakash at the moment.

When I am not reading/listening to any bani, I leave on Shastar Naam Mala.

I light incense when I start my morning baania.

I also do Aarti-Aarta standing up, holding the Thaal.
