what a silly thing to say Dusshera has traditionally been used to put effort into doing gurbani uchharaan, disemmination through katha vichar in sangat , it runs parallel to main hindu festivals as most people know when they are and to stop our people slipping back into superstitious or tahndi kalan karam ...e.g. Baisakhi for us is time to collect at our pind and celebrate new members to our family not dance and drink like most others ...
