My advice is to read stuff on like Shaheed encounters, stories of how people have been approached by Shaheeds, it will get you in the mindset of you are being watched 24/7.

Or imagine a Sant or Mahapursh in your room, certainly you will be put off straight away and wouldn't want to commit that stuff.
