Obviously they survived on lots of nuts plus dry fruits. Did you know almonds are extremely high protein food? Moreover, their diet was free from pesticides and preservatives in those days. They were very lucky.

darshan dass was a proper haramdha and sardar manjeet singh and rajinder singh (who is still in jail now) did the seva on him. I have heard that he raped a lot of girls, also he did a lot of blackmagic, to the point where some of his followers are mentally disturbed even now. this whole whey protein will give him publicity, most apney think he is one of us which is worrying.

you can see the number of dastarwale singhs sitting the crowd behind him....fitte muh   We only follow people who walk the talk and put us in touch with Guru ji as our tek and sahara . This guy is just a con artist laughing all the way to the bank like Baba Ramdev , who I think is thought to have killed his previous associate . Only akl de anne will give their trust to such people above Guru ji

But on a serious note, this is very worrying. How do we protect people from leading astray? There are so many nakli babeh out there... Khalsa fauj was created to serve and we can’t even protect our own

We need to have modern day awareness courses in all gurdwaras highlighting topics like this too. Is this something that Basics of Sikhi can help with?
