Ravi Singh also isn't averse to misleading Sikhs in order to gain donations. On the KA website it states-;

Your Dasvandh to Khalsa Aid will help many who are suffering from natural disasters, conflicts and poverty all over the world. Khalsa Aid is the world’s first cross-border humanitarian relief organisation based on the Sikh teachings. We thank you for your support.

 

Dasvandh is supposed to be purely a donation to Sikh causes such as building a Gurdwara or a Sikh school but Ravi Singh is hoodwinking Sikhs by referring to the donations as Dasvandh when what he is asking for is simple Daan. Sikhs can give Daan to whoever they want but Dasvandh is purely for utilisation by the Sikh community. 

 

I wonder how many Sikhs especially the youth who give donations to KA realise that they are not making a dasvandh contribution but just giving daan.

On his facebook page Sikhs are urging him to do something about the drugs issue in Punjab and he asks them questions about how much drugs cost and what drugs are available in Punjab. NOW this is a guy who has been a CEO of a so-called Sikh charity for the lasr 19 years and he's showing everyone just how ignorant he is about drugs in Punjab.

This video documentary gives an insight of the cowardly islamo-fascist evil enemy that wiped out the afghan Sikh leadership. Islamic state -Khurasan (IS-K) group. They mostly come from border lands of afghanistan and pakistan. They mostly attack their fellow muslims in Afghanistan on regular basis and even taliban targets who do not join them and oppose their rule and even crazier ideology than even taliban's.

I used to believe like this , but often there are strong reasons why they can't leave islamist hell holes like those. Primarily due to already having their businesses and properties there. Imagine if you had the leave behind your hard earned generations home back and all the property assets and start life from scratch at a "refugee" country .

Anyone else noticed the discrepancy between how Khalsa Aid treated muslim refugees of Rohingya / Syria crisis and how many islamics came forward to treat our brothers in afghanistan ? (let alone the fact that they were attacked by afghani islamists)

speaks volumes ! 

I guess its only our prerogative to see "maanas ki jaat eke pehchanbo" . The other party doesn't give a rats a** about it .

I don't know how to react to it . 

On one hand we're compelled by the noble ideals of our faith to recognize all human race as one , and not "othering" the others as kaafirs/infidels/malechhas, and yet on the other hand we're faced with the grim reality that not everyone feels as we do and that we more often than not have been let down by the same people we helped in the past. 

On one hand we're ideologically emotionally drained to live by our guru's words to not differentiate between sikhs and non sikhs, and yet the reality stares stark in the face when we see our charities are helping non sikhs but no non sikh charity came forward to support us or even our own people haven't prioritized us . 

In a nutshell , I have no qualms about the noble work of Khalsa Aid , I just feel they should serve sikhs with a more zeal and prioritize the panth . thats it
