It makes sence not to eat the cow.

Think about it, India is mostly agricultural land. Mostly beautiful fields, Farms and villages throughout the ages.

Imagine the cow grazing on this land. Providing nourishing milk and countless other dairy products for the people. Being a great source of labour. ploughing and fertilizing the baron fields. Carrying heavey loads day in day out.

Now Why in the right mind after seeing and living with these beautiful animals who do all this hard work. Would you think of slaughtering and eating it? Ita not about thinking of the animal as to worship it.

Then you have a chicken or a lamb you cant compare that to a cow. That is why the cow is known as sacred.

eating beef creates a lot more of the diabetes like symptoms due to the high IGF1 in it and due to GMO feed the Ecoli living in it guts is actually antibiotic resistant i.e. superbug That's why you've had so many cases of fatal E Coli poisoning from incorrectly cooked beef or cow manure contamination of salad greens/spinach.

How so?

What kind of diabetes like symptoms?

Does it elevate sugar levels resulting in increased insulin production?

Does it cause blurred vision, nerve damage etc.

Never heard this one before

HINDUS do eat Beef and even do gau da bali ...so no your argument falls on its face . Follow Guru ji and adopt proper saroop/rehit and no one is going to think you are a hindu ...

Very few hindus eat beef , and majority of the pop in South India is Christian or Muslim and Most hindus live in the cow belt , and you already know these savages lynch people just on the suspicion of eating beef , so how is my argument void ? You make no sense, few hindu societies living among chrisitan and muslim populas eat beef through general culture of that reigion , but try finding a majority hindu state where eating beef doesn't get you lynched. So people need stop with these dogmatic practices of putting " one thing " above other things.

Punjabis never really used to eat meat, especially not the ones living in pinds.

Most Punjabis live in Porkistan , I guess you can't really call them Punjabis since many of them are UP/ Bihari trash that moved into Panjab during 1947 , but those regions have been eating beef since 10th centuary .

You are living in the past and have actually been influenced by the western media yourself.

The media in the west just concentrates on the poor indians. What they dont know is India is a very wealthy country. Yes they are very skinny indians who only eat vegetables and cant even afford them hence are malnutrition.

But you have big tall and well built indians. But media only likes to show the poverty stricken Indian. Stop being influenced about yourself by watching the western news.

Indians are actually very strong as they have to do very tough manual labour jobs. obviously if these poor indians had money to be able to go to gyms and work out, eat healthy with lots of meat and fish. They would be just as big and strong as westerners.

Having visted Dehli. I saw people from all communities.

Punjab

south indian

gujurati

all literally all over. Many were big and strong lads.

I dont care what western media potray indians as. It is one nation and I am proud to come from India and be and punjabi from India.

As for the word India. I prefer to uae the word. Sada desh. or simply back home. or pardesh.

the dog eating hindustani = big tedh

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
