SPGC needs to create a christian like missionary system based on converting people into Khalsa.

                The dunderheads in Amritsar who rack up millions of dollars every yr need to create  a missionary system within Sikhism to go out and get conversions. Idiotic Sikhs always argue that it's better to have quality over quantity or that we don't force conversions or we don't seek conversions. Enough of this BS, Panjab is already down to 58 percent Sikh majority and with more Panjabis leaving for western countries [ I don't blame them, I live in US myself ] and more dirty third world Biharis / UP hindus moving in , in 100 yrs Panjab will be majority Hindu and Sikhs would become the new Parees / Jains , very few in numbers and irrelevant in power. We need to start thinking rationally , even if new converted Sikhs don't follow Sikhi correctly , atleast they would still have a Sikh label on their head , which would mean NUMBERS and NUMBERS are everything . Porkistan only exist because of numbers , 84 only happened because we didn't have numbers in other states to fight back. There are 100 million Dalits in North India that can be converted , add another fringe hindu groups and poor muslims , and you can form a majority Sikh state in North India .  These brahmin scum need to be put out of power , and we NEED numbers. Just like Christians , offer up education and money or food in turn of conversions . There are more freaking Christians in India than Sikhs .. I mean come on already , If we want to survive and thrive we need to send missionaries solely to gain new converts and numbers . Also another thing , this Jatt supremecy needs to end, soley because of these idiots creating a caste system in Khalsa has caused dalit Sikhs to convert to christianty and islam. I mean Punjab has the most dalits in the country , they turn to cults like Nirankaris and radhoswamis and Dera Sucha Sauda because Jatts act like Brahmins .  So I'll say it again , we need to start openly converting others like Islam and Christians .

I am just saying this, we need to reform Sikhism, and thats simple. Another Singh Sabha movement, I mean people say it all of the time, but the things people hope aren't going to happen. The SGPC are just gonna sit there racking money, and not going to do anything for Sikhi. The thing that pissed me off is that they don't do anything aganist Punjabi music that promote drugs, alcohol, abusing women, and such, but they get angry over Nanak Shah Fakir that was going to help people learn about Sikhi. All I know is that the SGPC only cares about self interest thats it. I mean the good thing that the SGPC did is the movement called one gurdwara one village, and its been working. Some pinds have one Gurdwara now which is good.

bro Sikhi doesn't need reforming - we all need to remove colonial shackles from our institutes and root out the panth dokhis from everywhere to do with sikh studies/research and parchaar . To expect a government mouthpiece i.e. SGPC to do ANYTHING worthwhile for the panth is delusional at best and suicidal at worst . Sikhi's parchaar had always been done at grass roots level person to person until SGPC . People need to realise just how much government control is written into its constitution framework  , Most folks are totally unaware and given current government is out and out antisikh and minorities the golaks are providing them with funds to work against kaum .

I agree jatts are putting people off sikhi    some jatts in India like to create the impression that they own sikhi. Because of jatts hogging everything chamars had to create their own gurdwareh in pinds. How long is this stupidity gonna go on for.     As for converting people we need to give them love and acceptance. What's the point of gaining dalit converts if the jatts in the pinds are not gonna treat them equally and just gonna drive them to build there own gurdwareh. Need to change our own mentality first.

That mission should be taken by Buddha Dal and Tarna Dal. Is this the time to call Nihang Singhs lazy and not doing their duty, carrying out their dharam? etc?

SGPC is busy selling out the kaum and our gurdwarey's internal affairs to CEntral GOI  so no they will never serve the kaum's needs remember it is their stamp on their prints of distorted history books calling Guru Teg Bahadur ji  a jewel Thief and Guru Arjun Dev ji a tax fraudster , printed for distribution via RSS . It is they who outsourced printing of Saroops to places which didn't keep satkar and shipped them for installation in RSS temples . The list of wrongdoing is long and disturbing but what is more disturbing is the lack of the response or care of the panth ...

Nihangs should have always lead from the front but I don't understand why they don't seem to want to teach non khalsa gatka or Gurbani ...if people are willing to learn they should not be hesitant at all. Disciplining the nihangs who commit paap wearing bana such as murder, rape, pimping , drug/alcohol taking , beating/threatening innocents needs to a priority and distancing themselves from dodgy police/GOI  schemes a must. Their loyalty should be with the panth .

If we have nangs teaching RSS shakas gatka/shastar vidhiya ...why aren't our nihangs doing that to our bachey?

the Nihangs that still know shastar vidiya martial arts are probably gupt. Most seem to practise some form of gatka, although better than some of the other forms of gatka seen.
