Cutting hair and migraines

I suffer from migraines and they can be set off by pressure on my head via tying hair up and leaving it loose isn’t an option since my hair is very fine and sticks to my face, and since I was combine skin and acne rosacea it aggravates it a lot so my face just gets uncomfortably hot and flares up bright red. I’m limited to hairstyles and often tie it up in a pony tail and plait at home. I cut my hair in September last year to mid neck and I felt amazing. I could just hop in the bath and not worry about anything lol. I’m just a bit stuck really because I want to leave my hair as in not cut it but I’m conflicted since it was so much easier to have it short. It’s currenly up to my chest and wearing a turban or bagta isn’t really an option since I’m not amritari and do other hair removals such as eyebrows ect, and the pressure from the turban itself wrapped around my head would set off a migraine, so it wouldn’t make sense aha. So any suggestions what I can do with my hair and tender scalp would be appreciated :)

try using coconut oil on your hair. if you get dandruff than use a shampoo which gets rid of dandruff. dandruff ruins the scalp, hair and roots, don't tie your hair tightly.   as for covering your head ,Just because your not amritdhari doesn't mean you can't cover your head. Look how many non amrtdhari guys still wear patka or tie a pagh. Start covering your head with a patka, chunni etc     I don't understand why non amritdhari sikh women don't cover their heads with patka, chunni etc    its gives you a sense of identity ...
