Judas betrayed him for gold. The Romans hung him on a cross.

13 pieces of silver , then he commited suicide by hanging himself on a tree....Romans flailed JC (scourging) then put thorny crown on his head , broke his nose  then made him drag his final perch up the hillsides before nailing him to the cross

Just to throw a spanner in the works lads!   :))

In Gurbani it says that Gurus were PARGAT.    -      Satguru Nanak PARGATIA, mitti dhundh jagg channan hoea.

It never says Satguru Nanak jummia, it is PARAGAT - pargat is not same as taking birth.

In other places,       PARGATIA maradh aggummra, variaam akaala, Vahoe Vahoe Gobind Singh appay Gur-chailla.

It never says jammia or taking birth, if it was birth it would have said but  it says manifest.

What I don't understand about the whole jesus saga is how he cured the blind, Walked on water, made 1000s of fish appear and still didn't convince the Jews and Romans.

Same with Moses and the Hebrews. The God of moses sent down 10 plagues including every first born egyption son died, he split the red sea in half yet the pharaoh still wanted the Hebrews killed !  Despite their God being so powerful and formidable

At least the the Quran  and hadiths are honest about Muhammad slaughtering the Jews

Many were convinced. Those that experienced directly, those that had faith in what others experienced, and those that could perceive. Pilate himself wished to spare Jesus.

There were those however who hate the light, those whose world view of attachment were challenged, and those whose worldly authority and ego were offended.
