Basics of Sikhi - Latest

Anyone know the latest on basics of Sikhi? I remember when Jugraj was running the organisation it was doing really well. Many videos were getting high view counts and it was greatly popular.Ie hyde park. Speakers corner. Parchaar events up and down the country.

But since he has gone and other parharics have come in. The channel doesnt seem to be getting the same level of views or popularity. I have also noticed that not many events are happening these days. Has the group come to stand still with a lack of ideas?

I know Jugraj was the real brains behind it all. Since his passing it looks like the rest of the team are not doing much or have no real direction.

they have been doing fundraising  with parchaar at the peak and other efforts , the parchaar is still going on and sunday katha and they have been producing more videos on 52 hukhams apart from that they have been struggling view figures wise as people are fickle and latched on to Jugraj's personality rather than than the message ...

Yep I noticed that many of the latest videos have quite low view counts. Saying that I noticed many of Jugrajs videos did not get particular high viewing figures apart from a few of the very popular ones. 

Why does Sikhsangat not advertise the basics channel on here? To make it more popular. 

At least Jugraj was able to record many videos while he was still going.

Jugraj had a charismatic personality basics of sikhi (BoS) was his brainchild, his baby, his brand, his product. He was a mona Sikh who used to drank alcohol in his younger years, who went to oxford uni getting a first, who enlisted into the british army as a soldier, who had a good paying job in the city and eventually left it all when converted to become amritdhari Sikh and started to help others get into Sikhi. He was also controversial and courageous tackling taboo subjects and muslim/christian abrahmic dawah preachers in the streets.

When you look at the other parchariks of BoS they are very boring and lack that energy, passion and charisma they also dont really have a story to tell. Their backgrounds are bland apart from a few like jagmeet singh who was a mona or a hindu punjabi? (forgot which one) who converted to Sikhi and now is a passionate amritdhari Sikh.

Basics of Sikhi needs hard hitting controversial figure heads that tackles the taboos of muslims grooming sikh females, of Sikh depopulation, solutions to convert muslims to Sikh, tackle Sikh divorce rate, unrealistic expectations of young spolit Sikh females, the evils of feminism, sikh guys not behaving like superior confident guys but as low life drunk dorks and embarrassing clowns. They wont touch these subjects cos they are sacred of ruffling feathers. Too many are politically correct hippy liberal types who preach peace and love which is great but bores the living daylights of people who know the Guru's also taught Sikhs to preach truth to majority and power even if its bitter, to fight physically in order to defend themselves against physical aggressors. Yet the preachers will not talk about this for fear of offending or breaking some unjust man made politically correct recent law.

an observation I've had is that Mohan SIngh and his team, SAS have a steady white and non-sikh following who are now looking into sikhi because of the truthful and protective stance sikhi has shown to kids of all faiths and sexes who have been groomed . Also despite people's grumbles Ravi Singh is showing another positive aspect of sikhi which again is awakening people and getting them to look into sikhi .Sewa has fruits beyond the obvious is another form of parchaar which is nonverbal

the rest are not as good, and are just learning tbf, but no one as good as JUGraj has come forward yet

the BOS team' stars :

Jagmeet SIngh - super enthusiastic  leads from the front on fundraising

Harman Singh - is also charismatic and laid back

Baljit SIngh ji- is the main steady flow of parchaar, he is a calming , gentle yet deeply passionate gursikh

Sukhdeep Singh - is the first homegrown BOS parchaarik , he's slowly getting his flow , his delivery has improved lately

I don't know what happened to the bibi parchaarik who did some of the 52 hukhams  but she was pretty good.
