Can a Sikh be a rapper?

What do you lot think about, if someone has a talent like great singing and feels good doing it, should they go and make a living out of it, if it is in the modern English singing world?

Kuldeep Manak and Gurdas Maan are examples of great singers who made a living out of doing What they enjoyed and they have a talent.  But look at the moral impact of promoting wrong lyrics that's why in Sikhism only devotional music is sacred

There's been quite a few "sikh" rappers around but not quite hit the western mainstream music scene.

There's one who is quite promising though who was born in forest gate, east london UK and goes by the nick of "steel banglez"

I wouldn't call him a "sikh rapper" but a music rapper of Sikh faith and origin. As he isn't preaching about Sikhi culture/religion but about western lifestyle (hitting clubs, getting with women, drinking,etc)

There are decent Sikh rappers that balance modern appeal with honoring Sikhi, the Khalsa, Shaheed, and Khalistan. 

Singh Mahoon, Jagowale, and Kam Lohgarh come to mind.

this is very cringey tho, I mean someone who is genuinely accepted by the music industry, not just independent
