I would not be so quick to accept this video because it is not the full interview and just snippets of a full interview put together.

I know of this guy through Gurusant SIngh's  autobiography , he mentions him and how he turned around and said that it was the brown singh's fight not his . I am sure he lied when he tries to say the authorities told him to go because GuruSant stayed behind  a while longer (in fact getting arrested ) . This guy is a lawyer by profession and dropped sikh saroop soon enough when he got back to USA.
