I believe everything in Sikhi can be explained scientifically. Is there any research into meditation, by good sources?

                         you  are anything but a nuisance poster

                         you have enough intelligence to work out that there are plenty of people who have lived over three centuries who trusted their Guru ji enough  and gained profits from doing simran following rehit

                          you realise Science is just spitballing ideas of how reality came about  and has no proof to explain the validity of some of the bigger guesses /theories on which they hang the rest of their 'observations' on . So many times they've had to adjust their ideas to fit reality .
