I'd find it rather odd that he'd take on a surname like dhaliwal unless he was a mona beforehand. 

Converts either use Singh or Khalsa as a surname, generally speaking.

Its good he does not have Singh as his name. That would have beeen even more embarrassing.

He is a dhaliwal. Basically a nobody and a loser. This way he has shamed his family name and not Singh name given to us.

Not that he's a paki but dhaliwal is a paki surname too. There was this paki Punjabi jatt lady who lived opposite us and her family name was dhaliwal

A bit like how some sikhs have malik as their surname

It appears he wasn't Sikh before he got charged then after getting charged with the crimes he converted to Sikh during that time. Maybe a disturbing sinister move on his part to deflect attention from his original community or maybe genuine feeling of remorse and reform and wanting a fresh start and new ideology/religion to follow.

Until we learn more about this guys background we can't really say. But all I can say about this disgusting crimes is glad these people got caught and paying for their crimes. At least the Sikh community even if they are rarely from our community we  actively condemn these people and see these people as scumbags that they are.

Also majority of Sex offenders as the link above shows are white and black christian/atheist males and majority (over 90%) of these convicted offenders in sex grooming offenses are overwhelmingly of Muslim heritage origin.

Its interesting how the racist white mainstream media fails to mention the asian female victims and calls out "asian sex gangs targeting white girls" but never calls out the colour of white pedo sex gangs or black rape gangs as proved by stats they have the highest gang rape convictions. Yet they have the hypocrisy of attacking people like truth tellers like  tommy robinson (who isn't even saying anything racist! he is just anti-islam). He just calls a spade a spade and says its a muslim sex gang problem because of islamic teachings and in his own area has witnessed the islamification and aggression against non-muslims by muslims. Sikh and hindu girls are victimsed by muslim sex and conversion gangs too our people have witnessed it all too since the 1980s but our communities victims don't matter to the closet racists elites in the British establishment.

Come on. We should all know by now. Hordes of Juts of Panjab converted to Islam but the majority of these hide their surnames with an Islamic one but a small number still retain their gotra. I met quite a few growing up in East London. 

Anyway, I wonder what made this guy keep his kesh given his proclivities? Maybe it was a way of deflecting?

Yeah there are many paki jatts, they actually look identical to sikh jatts. Even this paki lady we knew had a islamic surname but she told us that her actual family name is dhaliwal. I have come across some pakis with the surname gill.
