No point just posting generally.

But Singh Sabha (unfortunately, what on Earth was going on in their stupid minds) also kicked out the Udasis when they helped to preserve our Gurdware when the Akali Nihang Khalsa was sent to exile.

You have to understand the issues of the time !

Sikhism was under serious threat of assimilation and had they udasis not been kicked out , Harmandar sahib would have still had hindu idols in it and you would be wearing a dhoti and tilak for sure . LOL

we owe our sikhi today to Singh sabha . I mean ofcourse there were some negative aspects of SS as well but I think overall it was the best thing that happened to sikhi in 20th century .

"A Rare Photo of Harimandir sahib in 1908 when it was under the control of the Udasis and Pundits and Sadhus felt free to sit in meditation wearing only a dhoti."

When you say a "rare photo" you mean in the sense that's its long been widely available all over the internet and in books, i.e not very rare at all ? Or are you confusing the word "rare" for the word "old" ?

Harmandir Sahib did not have any Hindu idols, I don't know where you got that from.

Singh Sabha killed off the original practiced Khalsa Maryada, yes I definitely respect them.

Ok one big question why didn't Maharaja Ranjit singh take back custody of Harmandar sahib from Udasis then ??

like was he sleeping !

When Maharaja Ranjit Singh was born his father took them to an Udasi Sant to get him blessed.

Guru ji used to put tilak on people.  in fact when the Guru put the next Guru on Gurgaddi they used to place a tilak on their head.

So much for you even knowing our history.

interesting how they are sitting in sadhana with their backs to Guru Granth Sahib ...

they are not sitting in sadhana they are resting on the banks of Amrit Sarovar, outside the Harimandir Sahib.

also, Guru ji kind of explained that point you made when he went to Mecca, no?
