Why is juggy johal not called juggy Singh?

Maybe his family name means more to him then the name given by Guru Gobind Singh Ji ?

As far as im concerned if someone uses a castist name then he is not Sikh but a Hindu.

Why would they accuse him of anything if he didn't do it?  Must be some suspicion.  You'd got to believe that some of these "vacationers" are doing shadowy stuff such as sell weapons.  I live in the US and there's never a doubt in my mind that when an American gets arrested somewhere they are working for the government as the Federal Authorities are very shady.

little bro you do not know how scummy the police in Punjab and the government are , remember they've murdererd over 125,000 men women and children over the decades after 1984  and committed fraud by staging 'encounters' where the people are summarily executed . Their only sin being sikh . Jaggi's sin was propagating and keeping alive the knowledge about 1984  and the aftermath. Knowledge is dangerous to those in power as it can change the indifferent attitude of the populace , start questioning  and demands for justice .
