You seem to forget that juggy is Scottish. The British government is very English centric in their approach . Plus, there appears to be complicity between the UK and India re. Juggy , whereas the gora is was not arrested due to collusion between the UK and uae authorities. (Indeed he might have been doing work for the UK authorities I).There is also a lot of 'heat' on the regimes in the gulf after the khassogi murder. A simple statement like if he was white wouldn't necessarily help him. If he was some chav white bloke from some northern town, do you think the government would help? You have to be of the right 'class' and 'type' to get privileges

nazanine is not white either , and others who have been held by Iran who are white have had there cases fast-tracked ahead of hers ... it is not because of him being Scottish but being a brown  sikh , that was the whole point of the repeated raids , phone taps etc on diaspora sikhs, remember they had someone in Germany spying on sikhs there , no one is spying on white sikhs in the USA or even arresting them though they are running academies in India and going back and forth

As far as im concerned if someone uses a castist name then he is not Sikh but a Hindu. 

 

What his last name has to do anything with him being true to his god or not?

Senseless on saying that a person is Hindu if he uses his last name other than Singh or Kaur.
