Whenever you think about watching it or even think about another woman think about Kalgidhar Paatshah and think would he be happy. Would it make him pleased that your lusting over a woman? Look no one can help you other than you yourself. Its your mind that is directing your attention to that stuff. As harsh as it might sound at the end of the day it is your hands that type the website in and click the video,  so how can anyone help you other than yourself ?   It is with your hands that you search these videos, so just stop!  you have more control over this than you think. practice more control over your body and mind, it all comes down to you ...

be strong, take your mind off that stuff, when the thought comes to your mind then occupy yourself with something else.

Masturbation really drains you, Porn really dumbs you down so i am not surprised you are flopping your exams. the videos leave a lasting impression and the images you see stay stuck in your mind. If you stop masturbation you really do feel so much better about yourself and you start seeing things differently! trus me ...    abstaining from masturbation really clears your mind out, you have better concentration and can focus on sikhi with a clear mind.

i just turned 26 last month and now i can say i have some control over my kaami thoughts.  learn to take focus away from kaami thoughts, occupy your mind with something else, its takes practice and discipline.  

stop acting all helpless because that makes you think you are helpless, give yourself some authority over your issues, stop thinking you are helpless and that your addiction takes control, put yourself in control.  like i said no one else can help you but you need to do it yourself
