So what is your perception of Vaheguru

So  i have noticed on here, we all have very distinct versions of what Vaheguru is, even when reading the same Guru Grant Sahib Ji,  even when translated in English. 

The way I interpret it from my understanding so far Vaheguru is everything, no upar vaala , it's just everything including you.

i never really tried figuring out who waheguru ji is, but i see him as the creator, who is everywhere, within and beyond everything. He is the provider and sustains everything. our destiny was written by him and he watches over everything even whats in our mind and our intentions

thats all i know!

My interpretation is that the light within us, the soul Jeev Aatma is Waheguru ji's light and it because of his hukam we are here. However Waheguru is distinct from his creation even though he is within creation. Creation is a form of Waheguru but Waheguru ji resides in Sach Khand where he takes care of us as Maharaj reveals in Japji Sahib.

Creation i.e. us are not Waheguru alone because we don't have the strength of Waheguru ji.

Waheguru ji is an infinite being, all powerful, all loving, eternal, ever present, immaterial, spaceless‌, Atemporal/ timeless being.

Since Waheguru resides in Sach Khand (so in a sense he is not only Andhar wala, but also Upar Wale because he  resides in a higher spiritual plane, the realm of truth) some may ask how is he everywhere? We can answer this with an analogy. Just like how the sun's rays hit earth from millions of miles away, Waheguru ji's light permeates throughout Sach Khand and into Dharam Khand (where we are) and all throughout creation.

I think that's where the ego comes in. The sense of separation is caused by our ego, our haumai.

i see kaam as a test, it leads us to sin

I wonder when the ego manifests,  its like how babies forget how to breath under water. Its like we just wake up one day and we forget how to do it.

i guess so lol       gurbani tells us how kaam leads us to sin and hell, so kaam is a test ...

kaam soils your mind and under the influence of kaam it becomes harder to concentrate when doing simran and focusing on vaheguru.
