I think I messed up, how do I undo this!?! Please help

I think I just committed apostasy in sikhi. I’m kesadhari/Nitnemi and not amritdhari.

long story short, a man approached me at work started to ask stuff about me which was very unusual. So he was rather nice and then he reaches out to shake my hand before leaving and I shook him and then asked me to say “Jesus, come into my heart.” Me being a dumba$$ that I am I actually said it. Now I feel really terrible. It’s 10pm at night. I feel like I betrayed guru sahib.

how do I fix this mess? How do i apologize to guru sahib that I messed up and accept me back.

Jesus vi rab da banda seega. These should not matter if you are true sikh by soul. Guru jee always protect you from everything if you remember him everyday. So, don't worry about it.

You have not betrayed anyone as long as you believe in Guru Grant Sahib Ji, take it easy.

I once read the muslim conversion verse at school, the whole there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his prophet haha!  Don't mean I'm a muslim lol

It was this muslim guy, he was a friendly guy and he was like all it takes to become a muslim is if you read that Arabic verse, I found that funny and read it and i was like am I a Muslim now and he was like yeah you are LMAO   he knew I was joking. 

I was a teenager back then and didn't know what i was doing lol  now I look back I think it was a stupid thing of me to do that lol

I used to eat halal meat before  but stopped eating meat all together around 3 years back.

Nothing to worry. Similarly a muslim coworker of mine once asked me to some words. ( i knew these words since long time already) 

“ La ila illilaa- mohammdo rasool allah”

means God is only to be worshiped and mohammad is the messenger. Then he started saying, you become a muslim by saying these words.lol. I said these words few more times to him and told him u may think whatever u want

so no need to worry

Some of those hare krishna lot are starting to get a bit forcfull these days lol    perhaps they've learnt a thing or two from their Christian and Muslim counterparts lol

did you mean- some of krishna bhagats these days are getting hard on others? Because they have learnt some things from their christains and muslim friends?
