19th century Sikh photos

Sikh photos from the 19th century. These are some of the earliest photos of Sikhs and Gurdwareh

Harmandir Sahib 1857-1858    At the back you can see the lost palace with the tall arches, which is believed to be Maharaja Ranjit Singhs palace. It was later demolished by the British and was replaced by the Gothic clock tower!
