I think Christians like fish because Jesus fed everyone with fish,  also there's the story of Peter?  fishing but struggling to catch any and then Jesus throws the net in and catches 100s 

I think the last supper included a meal with fish.

My Christian friend took fish into church on good Friday.

Apart from the 3rd one which I think is related to fasting    I can't see anything wrong with the the rest

I wonder if these commandments already existed in some form before.

The rumour is that Moses was high on some kind of drug when he received these commandments.  There was a burning bush (can't remember the name) which acted like some kind of psychedelic.
