I get sick every time I go lol

It's no wonder you get sick, because it seems you like eating street food.

To the OP, or anyone else: Don't eat street food! Why would you?

Don't buy cut fruit. Buy whole fruit, take it home, wash it, cut, then eat.

you need to constantly cover your biscuits, sweets and other food  when eating outside because flys will sit on it.

Don't eat outside. Problem solved.

avoid unpasteurised dairy

You don't need to drink pasteurized milk if it is boiled. Boiling is at a higher temperature than pasteurization. Everybody boils their milk.

You just need to ensure that it's from a reputable milkman. If you don't know, just buy packaged milk from the store.

(that is yoghurt

No need to avoid yogurt. Everybody makes yogurt from boiled milk anyway. Or you can buy from the store (brand yogurt, not the unlabeled plain bag stuff).

cold milk direct from buffalo

Direct from buffalo. As is right from the teats?

Ironically, that is also exactly when it would be safest, because there are so few bacteria. Bacteria only grows when milk sits out for some time, increasing with the number minutes and hours it is out.

Direct from a buffalo would actually possibly be safer (don't do it if you're a scaredy cat).

tap water is ok for brushing teeth and bathing, imo.

In your opinion. But the OP wants all the ways to ensure not to get sick. Why leave anything to chance?

Bathing is certainly fine. You're not ingesting it.

i would avoid meat also.  unless its been very thoroughly cooked.

If OP really wants to play it safe, just avoid meat, period. Unless maybe Dominos, Pizza Hut or other international chains.

OP has to decide what he wants. If you want to avoid risk at all, don't eat at restaurants, veggie or meat. If you can tolerate a bit of risk, eat veggie at international chains. A bit more risk, veggie at local restaurants that look clean. Even more risk, meat at international restaurants.

Yeah I like gol gape, chaat, aloo tikkis and everything lol

I start vomiting a lot and lose all strength and energy and just lay there. Then end up in hospital  lol

I always end up in hospital and they stick glucose in me.  One nurse stuck a injection in my hips lol

I just love gol gape and chaat  haha

Well, well done people. With all that, I'm pretty sure you've scared the little fella from EVER visiting Punjab. :)

Seriously though, there's only one golden rule. You will get sick...and that's OK, we all get sick out here....but when you do get sick do not listen to anyone and let them take you to see the desi 'Daktar' in the pend. He's not a real doctor. He's just a bloke with a stethescope round his neck. He'll offer you an injection and this injection will cure you. But....this injection - which will be administered on your bottom - is Morphine / opium.
