Brahma is in the leaves, Vishnu is in the branches, and Shiva is in the flowers.

 

ਤੀਨਿ ਦੇਵ ਪ੍ਰਤਖਿ ਤੋਰਹਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਕਿਸ ਕੀ ਸੇਉ ॥੨॥

ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨਾਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈਂ, (ਫਿਰ) ਸੇਵਾ ਕਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈਂ? ।੨।

When you break these three gods, whose service are you performing? ||2||

 

ਪਾਖਾਨ ਗਢਿ ਕੈ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਕੀਨ੍ਹੀ ਦੇ ਕੈ ਛਾਤੀ ਪਾਉ ॥

(ਮੂਰਤੀ ਘੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ) ਪੱਥਰ ਘੜ ਕੇ, ਤੇ (ਘੜਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਦੀ) ਛਾਤੀ ੳੱੁਤੇ ਪੈਰ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ । 

The sculptor carves the stone and fashions it into an idol, placing his feet upon its chest.

 

ਜੇ ਏਹ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਸਾਚੀ ਹੈ ਤਉ ਗੜ੍ਹਣਹਾਰੇ ਖਾਉ ॥੩॥

ਜੇ ਇਹ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਹੀ ਅਸਲੀ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ (ਇਸ ਨਿਰਾਦਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ) ਘੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਖਾ ਜਾਂਦੀ ।੩।

If this stone god was true, it would devour the sculptor for this! ||3||

Rice and beans, candies, cakes and cookies

 

ਭੋਗਨਹਾਰੇ ਭੋਗਿਆ ਇਸੁ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਕੇ ਮੁਖ ਛਾਰੁ ॥੪॥

ਇਸ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਝ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਰਜਿੰਦ ਹੈ, ਖਾਵੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ?) ।੪।

There was also an incident a few years ago where milk was coming out of Hindu idols the world over.

If you understand radio frequency and scalar waves you will know that everything is connected. 

Doing namaskar to the sun has health benefits as it forces us to wake up to meet the sun. Not that I have ever done it as there's hardly any sun in the UK. But due to corona I have made a special effort to top up on my Vit D3.

As for reaching our relatives many people believe that their relatives come to them in dreams. How is that possible if we are to believe that only the physical universe exists and is perceived?

I have had specific experiences that made me believe that I had had met my parents during dreams because things happened that I was unaware of and not thought possible. 

I've also heard of incidents of ancestors that have passed taking over their relatives body to bring a message of advice to them.  This was from a qualified accountant not known to be fanciful. 

So how would you explain all this? I've also had experiences of my soul being hijacked during sleep as I felt it coming back into my body on waking.  This happened on numerous occasions but I had passed them off as dreams. The last time was to pass on a sinister message to me. But I asked loudly not to do it again as I gave not given consent. 

So these experiences show me that there is alot we do not understand as its not in scriptures or the scriptures are vague.
