The whole thing was clearly planned. The reason they didn't warn anyone or evacuate people and cattle was because when the water was to be released they were gonna say its "kudrat" and nature.

the amount of water that can be potentially behind the dam can flood half of Punjab , no warnings were given to create the most deaths and losses , best scenario now it that Waheguru stresses all the dams so much that they fail and we have our water back out of the control of centre.

again it goes bk to this 'silent war' against panjab n its ppl.

why use weapons, tanks, bloodshed etc. on ur enemy wen u have tools like this tht was engineered by the hindu govt. to destroy crops n homes, flood markets, stop school, affect tourism etc. directly affectin n killin off the workin man n his family?

there was supposed to be no warnin, no time to prepare, no evacuation elsewhere etc.

They didn't create warnings or evacuate people because they were gonna blame it on nature and hide the fact that they planned it. 

You can also see how corrupt the polititions are, they're all landing in their helicopters and getting photos taken of themselves passing bags of food to the people and hopping onto their helicopters and flying off back to their mansions. They don't give a toss, it's a opportunity for publicity for them and their party. 

Harsimrat kaur was on ptc news the other day and the reporter was haling her as "Punjab di dhee" daughter of punjab. She was standing there getting photos taken of herself passing a food parcel to a flood victim. Didn't have a patch of mud on her.

The shear amount of damage this is going to leave, will takes years to fix. The government are never to be trusted even the word government means the governing of the mind.

honestly the paying of taxes should be stopped as we all know money only ever goes out of punjab , never returns in proportion

Only time money goes in is when people move out of there and send money back to their families.
