Why are very unclothed girls running university sikh societies?

With there body out on display for everyone to look at. No other way of putting it.

They dress like that at the gurdwara too.

My family went to a wedding and my sister told me how the women were wearing crop tops and had their tummys out at the gurdwara. My sister was disgusted.

In our modern punjabi culture its wrong for a man to criticise a woman, that's why no one says anything to them.

Parenting gone typically wrong. I wonder what kinds of parents these girls have.

I was at a technology meetup yesterday and a random stranger sikh girl had come there too. I knew she was "sikh"  because I heard the receptionist call out "kaur" at her last name.

What was shocking was she was typical of the short-framed punjabi girls we see nowadays , and she ignored me till the last. I had thought she would call me out considering I was the only turbaned guy in the event and we would have some random conversation in punjabi , but she kept biting her lips like a slag, accompanied  with a monah, probably non-sikh guy who looked like a bihari TBH .

Sikhs failed to become good parents I tell u !

Women like that need to fck off   it would be gd riddance.

The only answer to this let them feel the brunt of their actions.

This kind of behaviour is quite common.

It is the sense of entitlement these type have and they think they are better than you that they you are not worth their time.

They are social climbers and will only want to be associated with you if there is something that you can offer them.

I used to work with a black female colleague and I asked her how she was doing and she said , "what can i do for you?" I was asking  how she was doing as a courtesy just as a person and she was startled when I said "nothing just asking how you are doing".

This kind of non chalant behaviour spreads and when you start talk to people as a normal human beings they are not used to it.

Why is it always about women,  it's ok for men to wear v neck showing off their chest, wear tight t shirts to show off their biceps,  wear tight trousers to show off their cockkkk, once o women does the same then its hell fire. Both men and women are cuffed.  Because they are imitating what they see. Turn that damn tv off because if you didnt know they are programming you. That is why they call them program's.

What he said, people need to focus on their own journey instead of trying to fault others, if they want to dress like that then that's up to them, if your offended, don't look, you can make all the assumptions you want but you don't know them or who they are, also, take a look at Indian history and what women (and men) used to wear throughout the ages.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
