Miraculous(chamatkari) simrana of Dasmesh Pita!

One can do darshan of Sarbloh simrana of Guru Gobind Singh Jee Maharaj at Gurdwara Baba Natha Singh, village kapurgarh, tehsil amloh, district fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab.

whenever anyone counts the beads of this simrana once and then again the next day, the counting is different.

Guru Ji did lots of simrin and tapasya but the Marayda started to die out. People stopped doing simrin. So Guru Ji sent (Some say cane diwn themselves) a bhagat who took a Nit Avtar roop . He will become Sant Baba Nand Singh Ji. He gave us the old Marayda of simrin and path which was

• Complete recitation of the whole of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in a month.
• Complete 50 paths of Sri Sukhmani Sahib in a month; recite 2 paths of Sri Sukhmani Sahib daily.
• Complete 250 paths of Jap Ji Sahib in a month; recite 10 paths of JapJi Sahib daily.
• Complete 180 Malas (Rosary Mala of 108 beads) of Mool Mantra (from Ekonkar to Nanak Hosi Bhi Such) in a month; do six malas daily.
• Complete 80 Malas daily of Gur Mantar 'Waheguru'; 20 Malas of Waheguru if the Nam is recited four times on each bead.
• Complete 160 Malas daily of Ram (Nam); 40 Malas if Ram is recited four times on each bead
• A Mohammedan was advised to practice and recite the name of Allah on each bead as above.

We should try our best to follow this.

What's the significance of 108 beads in a mala? I ask because it is not the first time I've heard that number come up before.

There are many various significances, depending on the tradition:

- the 108 pressure points of the body

- the 108 evils 

etc.

Another tradition is that the jaap is done with the intention of doing 100, but 8 extra are there just incase of any jaap skipped or missed.

One interesting thing I read in Anand Chamatkar (biography of Sant Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj Kaleran Wale, written by Bhai Gurmukh Singh Ji, Hazoori Raagi of Baba Ji for 12 years) that Baba Ji used to say about this:

- there is no "ginntee" (count/number) before 1 and no ginntee after 100. So you take these two and add them, and you get 101. Next, it is the duty of the Sikh/Mureed that he should always regard the hukam of his Guru/Murshad as "Sat" (as true, but sat also means 7). Add this 7 to the 101, and you get 108.

Tbh, I don't know that it does, and I highly doubt it is. 

It is 21 books in 5 volumes. I bought the hard copy back in 2010 from Chattar Singh Jeevan Singh.

Just found Anand Sarovar which is 2 volumes about Sant Baba Nand Singh's life....gonna read that and then prob try and buy a hard copy if i can
