Not seen the video yet but this is Rajiv Malhotra. 

He calls himself an "Intellectual Kashatritiya ".

He has some interesting concepts of Western world from a dharmic point of view. 

He often talks about "purva Puksha " (think that is the term) about reversing the lens on the west.

this the first video iv seen of his will check more out.  lady talks more about her journey rather than the tactics the missionaries use. but she talks about how christians approach you when your in need of help and tell you that "god loves u"  while hindus come around your house and start reading scriptures,   christians have that human level conversation with you.  her family were also approached by a christian when they were going through hard times and told that jesus loves them.  she comes from a bhramin family and said that they let you keep your culture and bhramin identity but get you to worship jesus, that way the person dont feel like they leave their indian routes. 

she left the faith and became bhramin again after going america and studying the bible.

I think this is how Bhai Jugraj Singh was so successful with Basics of Sikhi.

He spoke on a human level with Sikhi.

He made Sikhi accessible and explains things in a way that everyone can understand. 

The pundits have made themselves exclusive and unapproachable and the Christians make Jesus very personal and approachable.

yh i think thats one of the differences, christians talk to you on a very human level, while sikhs and hindus dont do that    tell them you have a problem and they tell you to do simran and bani and then everything will be ok and thats it

Yea true   but when someone has depression, sick child, poverty and they are simply told go and do simran by one person   and offered a heart to heart conversation with another, who do you think a struggling person will go to?

Funny thing is it's true, yet as I've mentioned on previous occasions, it's trying to guide someone onto that path when they aren't ready to make that leap of faith. The Christian tries to bridge that gap by being personable, relatable, and sympathetic (whether it's genuine care or a ploy for the purposes of recruitment is debatable), understanding that for the vast majority of people with issues, the afflicted just want to unburden themselves and be heard before even thinking about making that next step to actively responding to the problems plaguing them. There's no to very little of this approach in our community, because we generally lack those traits in our demeanour as a people (although the younger generations are better in this respect), and this attitude seems to be even more significant in religious circles, which is madness because of all the areas where compassion and understanding should be in evidence, the spiritually floundering or just the generally forlorn and disenfranchised should be made to feel they're being listened to, not dismissed with a course of treatment that's abstract at best.

but the christian 'sympathy' is not even skin deep they are all on an ego trip as they are recruiting for God ...to get brownie points supposedly for agley lok . As Guru ji says ' Ram khilona janaa'
