Kesi ishnan after sexual relation

I would like to know if it is necessary to do kesi ishnaan after having s*x??

Its stated in rehitname that you shouldnt have intercourse during amritvela 12-4. Ive also have heard that in order to sit on maharajs tabia that you shouldnt have had intercourse the night before without kesi ishnaan.

so its up to you but dont most ppl have a shower afterwords
