and the musley are laughing all the way to the bank whilst we facepalm at the sikhi devoid zone Punjab has become ....fitte muh

vase apne loki kehnde koi galat ja chori di kam karde ne oh raat di haneri istmaal karda ne . (Amritvela different aa)

Interesting how baraat was turned into an excuse for party prior to the Anand Karaj opposite to most people.

Waheguru bless this couple with gurmat instead of the current fathoord

i think the woman dancing on stage at 2:43 is sophie chaudry

its just mad isn't it!   versace, cruises, petals showered from helicopter, all those entertainers

lets hope they also do a lot of charity for the poor in punjab as well.

anyway  best of luck to mr and mrs chadha

Imagine a marriage where the Groom and Bride go on the streets with their family and everyone who attended the Anand Kaaraj to do seva on the streets by serving langar.

Now you're just going to get even more silly young spoilt jananis dreaming and creaming over having a wedding like this in future......

Then you're going to have the typical 'kishay taun nahin khat' type wealthy apnay who take this ostentation as some personal challenge to 'up' like their lives depend on it.

PS - The surname 'Chadha' never fails to make me laugh, even after all these years.

This type of wedding is getting more common in Punjab. You have the pre-Wedding party with a ring ceremony, then you have the reception on the wedding day and then the post wedding party.

All typically overdone.

In part this is done because some people feel ashamed to bring some of their 'backward ' relatives to the reception on the wedding day since they are all advanced and modern,  but don't want the aftermath so they have a party for these 'backward relatives'.

Mate!  You think Mr Chada would have lost some ‘tids’ before agreeing to be the groom in this movie.  Wardrobe department messed up with his tailoring and lighting spot boy could have dimmed the shadows on his double chin a bit.  Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the popcorn.  When’s the sequel?  My only way of processing all this is with lighthearted banter.

The only thing that is missing is CGI but I’m sure that will happen as well at some point, just like that Babbu Maan video where they CGI’d a six pack on him.  Total Cringe!  You’d think some ‘sianna banda’ would have told them to get a grip.

? Very astute. The type of young Punjabi guy who sees himself as an entrepreneur, and posts motivational images on Instagram that unironically mention terms such as hustling.

Not in this video but one thing thats really annoying is when they get little girls to throw petals before the bride as shes walking towards guru maharaj.  I really dont like that. My sister went to a wedding recently where they did that and the singh doing the anand karaj told them off and told the sangat to pick the petals up and told them that this is not gurmat.  the ladies then in the sangat got up and started gathering the petals and then the singh continued.

also they rather than the bride holding the larh from her husbands shoulder they have rose chains now

they really need to stop doing these stupid things
