Anyone can discover these things if they so desire it. Takes considerable spiritual effort. Doing it yourself is eminently better than asking someone else to tell you. The specific details of each lifetime (race, sex, etc) are obviously different from person to person, but the churasi lakh "template" applies to all. It's fascinating to think that we were once, perhaps millions of lifetimes ago, creatures of some sort before we were blessed with human form. It's one of the reasons I find the Christian and the other Semetic faiths to be damaging to humanity when they deny and refuse these core beliefs. We can only progress as a species in a spiritual sense once we embrace our true beginnings and our true nature. The shadow cast over men's minds with these desert religions posing as harbingers of light is absolute nonsense. But fair play to them, they are where they are not through some karmic reward of "truth rises to the surface" but because they've had the nouse and strength to force through their ideologies through thousands of years of power and dominance. That's all Man.

yh  i was watching this monk trying to explain stuff to the bbc and he said something like     its hard tell the point that we came to exist, because we are made up of genetics, chromosomes etc  which have been passed down for centuries and even b4 that    so if that is what we are made up of then how old are we really?   also he said something like us eating food/plants which absorb the suns rays   which then becomes part of us.     the earth, sun everything is part of us
